Renee Singleton is President and CEO of Singleton & Partners. She has more than 30 years of experience
in marketing and advertising, including media planning, placement and buying, consumer research and segmentation, group, project and budget management. Working with the region’s top organizations, she has paved a road to be one of the most sought out firms in Ohio. Renee has created, sustained and operated, Singleton & Partners, a marketing and advertising firm for 19 years. Singleton & Partners, focuses on distinct market segments, while using targeted mediums to appeal to company and brand needs and preferences.

As Senior Vice President, Joyce Brown manages all aspects of media buying and planning. She works in collaboration with S&P’s Senior Media Buyer to maximize the impact of advertising campaigns. Joyce has over 17 years of advertising and marketing which includes strategic media buying, planning and placement. Joyce’s expertise spans both traditional and non-traditional media platform campaigns, including TV (cable, streaming and broadcast) radio, Pandora, outdoor/out-of-home (billboards and bus stop signage), and search engine marketing (SEM). She is responsible for promotions and sponsorship execution, strategic media planning and account reconciliation (budgeting, invoicing and financial forecasting.) Joyce applies analytical formulas and research as the basis of each advertising campaign and mid and post campaign analysis. She actively ensures that all campaigns are reflective of client objectives.

Tashira Singleton is S&P’s Production Project Manager. She acts as coordinator for on-the-ground events and production for both S&P WorkLab and Singleton & Partners. Tashira ensures that production and events are coordinated in a timely manner and based on company quality standards. As an overseer of the Event Planning Department, she actively establishes and maintains relationships with the community, clients, partners and the general public. Tashira also plans and manages creative projects, ensuring that strategies and budgets are consistent with established timelines. This both maximizes company resources and guarantees a seamless and cost-effective operational workflow from start to finish.

Brian Travalik is the Production Manager and Senior Videographer at Singleton & Partners. He has over 22 years of experience in video production, including but not limited to TV commercials, marketing, training and sales videos, and documentaries for both web and TV. Brian is the manager of creative services, which includes original content development, photo, video and film production, live web-casting, video animation and 3D modeling. As a visual storyteller, Brian creates content in-house that is sensitive to both client needs and preferences. This ensures that creative-versioning, testing and reporting are connected to analytics which guarantees optimal results are met for ad campaigns.

Darla Dackiewicz, is the Senior Media Buyer and Planner at Singleton & Partners. She has over forty years of experience in marketing and advertising. Her experience spans media buying for TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital display (video, audio and native), SEM and social media at both the domestic and international level. Using research as her basis, she uses data to both develop and execute media plans for digital and traditional media channels. As Senior Media Buyer and Planner, Darla is responsible for identifying the optimal mix of media outlets, which deliver advertising messages that reach clients’ target audiences both within their specified budget and at maximum exposure.

As Communications Manager, Celetré Jones acts as a liaison between Singleton & Partners’ and S&P WorkLab’s brand audiences. She provides management of all social media platforms and community engagement opportunities. The Communications Manager role involves Celetre’ in various activities such as communications, PR, social media, content creation and event planning. Celetré approaches each audience specifically to its needs strategically employing research and data analysis, community support, content distribution, narrative writing, and video manipulation as the basis of her management.

As Project Coordinator, Allea Stefan organizes and communicates all the details of assignments to team members and project managers for both Singleton & Partners and S&P WorkLab. Allea’s prior experience of working as a Media Strategist has equipped her to design and delegate cross-over campaigns that are attentive to the clients’ goals including donor acquisition, ROI, donor retention, and acquiring new long- term clients. Today, she serves as a liaison between team members and project managers for multiple projects. With a sharp attention to detail, Allea utilizes her expertise in organization, implementation, and administration to assist clients ensuring all creative and media assets are properly formatted and distributed.
